Giovanni Sairras

I’m Giovanni Sairras, the founder and Executive Director of ReEntryOne, Inc., a nonprofit organization based in Miami, Florida, dedicated to helping formerly incarcerated individuals successfully reintegrate into society. After serving 17 years in the Florida prison system, I have committed my life to criminal justice reform and breaking the cycle of incarceration. In addition to my work with ReEntryOne, I am a consultant within the private prison sector, where I work with private prisons to improve the quality of their reentry programs and services. I also serve as a campaign consultant, experienced in campaign canvassing, and conduct financial literacy workshops. As a credit consultant, I help individuals build financial stability. I am proud to serve as the Chairman of the Advisory Committee for the Miami-Dade County Homeless Trust, where I advocate for the homeless population and help guide policy initiatives.
